Pengaruh Edukasi Kanker Serviks Berbasis Whatsapp Grup Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Wanita Usia Subur Di Puskesmas Sungai Apit

Abstract

Kanker serviks disebabkan Human Papilloma Virus dan menduduki peringat kedua kanker di Indonesia. Tahun 2022, kasus baru di Indonesia mencapai 36.000 dan 21.000 kematian. Hal ini disebabkan deteksi dini yang rendah, sehingga diperlukan upaya edukasi kesehatan dan preventif sebagai prioritas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kanker serviks berbasis whatsapp grup terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap wanita usia subur. Desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen One Group Pretest dan Posttest. Populasi adalah 150 orang wanita usia subur di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Apit dengan sampel 60 orang menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis bivariat dengan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.  Hasil menunjukkan pretest pengetahuan mayoritas kurang 56 orang (93,3%), pretest sikap negative 40 orang (66,7%), posttest pengetahuan baik 58 orang (96,7%), posttest sikap positif 56 orang (93,3%) dan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test menghasilkan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05). Adanya pengaruh edukasi kanker serviks berbasis WhatsApp grup terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap wanita usia subur terhadap kanker serviks.
