Manajemen Osteoartritis Lutut pada Lansia Berdasarkan Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) untuk Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy: Literatur Review

Osteoartritis (OA) lutut merupakan merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif sendi yang paling umum terjadi pada populasi lansia dan menjadi penyebab utama nyeri, penurunan mobilitas, hingga kualitas hidup. Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) menawarkan kerangka kerja holistik untuk intervensi yang meningkatkan adaptasi fisiologis, psikologis dan sosial. Literature review ini mengkaji intervensi manajemen OA lutut berbasis RAM untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pada lansia. Pencarian dilakukan dibasis data Science Direct, Google Scholar, dan Pubmed dari tahun 2021-2025, menghasilkan 9 studi yang relevan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi seperti edukasi (pendidikan kesehatan), latihan fisik, dan dukungan sosial efektif meningkatkan self-efficacy melalui mode adaptasi RAM. Perlu dilakukan penelitian manajemen adaptasi pada pasien dengan OA lutut yang menyeluruh, yang mengintegrasikan latihan fisik, edukasi kesehatan, dan termasuk dukungan sosial (keluarga dan orang terdekat).
