Model Asuhan Kebidanan dalam Pemenuhan Gizi Perempuan dari Remaja hingga Perimenopause Berbasis Nilai Budaya

Pemenuhan gizi perempuan dari remaja hingga perimenopause adalah fondasi kesehatan lintas generasi. Namun, intervensi gizi sering kali kurang efektif karena tidak memperhitungkan pengaruh kuat nilai budaya dan keluarga terhadap pola konsumsi. Artikel ini bertujuan merumuskan model asuhan kebidanan yang mengintegrasikan nilai budaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas intervensi gizi. Melalui tinjauan literatur, diusulkan model "Bidan sebagai Jembatan Budaya" dengan empat fase: (1) Cultural Assessment untuk memahami keyakinan dan praktik keluarga; (2) Family-Centered Nutritional Counseling yang melibatkan pengambil keputusan; (3) Cultural Negotiation untuk menyelaraskan kearifan lokal dengan bukti ilmiah; dan (4) Continuity of Culturally-Sensitive Care antar tahap kehidupan. Model ini menjadikan budaya sebagai sekutu, bukan penghalang, sehingga asuhan gizi menjadi lebih relevan, dapat diterima, dan berkelanjutan. Implementasinya memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi budaya bidan dan pengembangan alat asesmen yang sesuai konteks lokal.
